Shipping
Every BLACKMORE piece is thoughtfully prepared and packaged by hand. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, before shipping.
Canada
Standard tracked shipping is $12 CAD for orders under $135 CAD. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $135 CAD or more.
United States
Standard tracked shipping is $15 CAD for orders under $200 CAD. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $200 CAD or more. For U.S. customers shopping in USD, prices and shipping charges are displayed in their selected currency.
Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected separately at checkout. U.S. orders are shipped using prepaid-duty services to help prevent unexpected delivery charges. Customs adjustments may occasionally apply.
Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched; carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your BLACKMORE piece. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return or exchange, please email hello@shopblackmore.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
