To protect your piece, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions and other beauty products. We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.
When you're not wearing your piece, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Natural stones are unique and may vary slightly in colour, pattern and texture. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
14k Gold-Filled
Our gold-filled components are made to last and contain a substantially thicker layer of gold than traditional gold plating. With proper care, they can be enjoyed for years.
To clean, gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing products.

We understand that well-loved jewellery may occasionally need a little care. That's why we offer one complimentary restringing service for every BLACKMORE necklace.
Simply reach out to us, and we'll be happy to help bring your piece back to its original beauty.
Customers are responsible for shipping their necklace to and from our studio. Should any beads or components require replacement, additional material costs may apply and will always be communicated beforehand.

How to Request a Repair
Please email hello@shopblackmore.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo of your necklace. We'll provide instructions for sending your piece to our studio.
